Metal Recovery

Envichem Technologies’ novel technology employs the innovative usage of partition membrane in the electrochemical cell, as shown above, to maintain two regions of bath solution with very different characteristics. The cathode is the site of metal recovery, while the anode regenerates the chemical bath. The anolyte is continuously circulated between the stripping tank to maintain metal stripping efficiency.
